To submit a contribution for the Conference, please send a mail to activematter.chile@gmail.com with your full name, affiliation, a short CV, and a recommendation letter that can be send separately by the recommender to the same email.
For presenting a contribution in the Conference, please send the abstract along with the application. The abstract should be in plain text, with possible LaTex commands, indicating the title, authors, affiliation, and the abstract itself. Please also indicate if your preference is for an oral or poster presentation.
Which covers the participation in the School and Conference, the lodging in shared rooms for the whole period, the meals at lunch time, and the coffee breaks. The payment can be done from August 1st to September 10.
